Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Dr M. Davison

You will learn to:
• use your imagination to travel with Aeneas on his daring adventure to found Rome
• explore Greek mythological stories through vase paintings
• ask the big questions about life, with Socrates and other ancient philosophers at your side
• explore ancient and modern heroes and find out what Odysseus, Aeneas, Iron Man and Wonder Woman all have in common

12 Achievement Standard credits in a Social Science subject or English at level 1 or at the discretion of the Head of Department.
