Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr F. Woodward

Demonstrate understanding of art and artworks from Maori and other cultural contexts using art terminology.

You will learn to:
• apply drawing, design, painting, photographic and sculptural skills and techniques to understand themes presented in contemporary art
• study the work of New Zealand and overseas artists to assist decision making when producing your own art

$60 materials fee. There is also $10 for the display board students need for their folio.
